cause: In 2004, this newly-formed commercial real estate firm needed a name,
corporate identity and launch strategy for the Portland market.
effect: Principals at Capacity Commercial Group wanted to make an impact in a crowded
market full of well-established large national firms. Christie pulled together and managed a
virtual team including two of Portland’s top creatives to provide copywriting and art direction.
The result was a name, logo, launch letter to clients, outdoor signs, corporate brochure, web
site and media relations that put the company on the map and has kept it there. PR efforts garnered Capacity Commercial Group significant press coverage in Portland’s top business publications where the company is still mentioned often. |
