cause: Contact Industries is a 60-year old secondary wood products manufacturer
trying to break free from reliance on commodity production and instead grow
value-added market share.
effect: During our relationship, we’ve helped Contact Industries develop a new
logo,
website, press kit, sales sheets, and a re-designed trade show booth. For all intents
and purposes, we are the client’s marketing staff. Each year we work with Contact’s
sales team to develop and implement plans designed to smartly allocate limited resources
across at least seven distinct target markets. Results have been stellar– marketing goals
have been met every year, helping the company achieve better than 30% top line revenue growth (over 3 years) and better margins despite increased competition from overseas. |
